Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of payment.
  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship to Europe

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: 3.50€
  • Free shipping for orders over 100€

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We understand that shipping issues can occur. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at contact@gorilla.organic with your order number.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions where CBD products are restricted.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure CBD cosmetics are legal in their area.
