Returns/Refunds
At Gorilla Organic we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the steps outlined below for a smooth resolution:
1. Notification of Issues
If there is a problem with your order or product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please contact our customer support team at contact@gorilla.organic or +33 (0) 756 757 809 with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product(s), if applicable
2. Returning the Product
Once your issue has been acknowledged, you will need to organize the return of the product to us. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition unless the issue relates to product quality.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the issue is the result of an error on our part or a defective item.
3. Refund or Credit
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or store credit for the value of the product(s). Please note:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Store credit may be issued for use on future purchases
4. Important Notes
- Returns are not accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless the issue relates to a defect.
- Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
