These General Conditions of Sale are contractual and have the force of law. Article 5 – Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Gorilla Organic until payment has been received in full.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to cancel the contract without giving any reason. The Buyer must return the goods at their own cost unless the product is faulty or misdescribed. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Article 7 – Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. Estimated delivery times are indicative. If delivery exceeds 30 days, the Buyer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund. Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery. The Buyer must inspect goods and report transport damage within 3 working days.
Article 8 – Warranty
